Terms & Conditions

Hereafter Grange Limo's shall be known as the company and the person named and/or the person signing the conformation shall be known as the hirer. It shall be deemed that the hirer accepts responsibility by himself/herself for every ' person in his/her party and fully agrees to the conditions of the hire as follows:-

1 a) All bookings are by pre-booking only and must be confirmed within 7 days, with a deposit of £100, along with a signed copy of the terms and conditions before it is accepted as a positive booking,
b) On wedding and special hire, payments must be received by the company at least 14 days before the date of hire. If payment is not received by that date, the booking will automatically be cancelled and the deposit forfeited, c) On all short-term bookings, payments must be made at least 10 days beforehand for cheque payments or in cash 1 day prior to commencement of journey.

2.a) In the event of a cancellation by the hirer any deposit would be forfeited, however, unavoidable circumstances, e.g.
bereavement, deposits may be refunded at the discretion of the company, b) No refund will be given on full payments made by the hirer after the 14-day period stated above.

3.a) The consumption of food products is not permitted inside the vehicles. b) There will be No Smoking in the vehicles at any time.

4.) The supply of alcoholic drinks by the company may only be consumed within the vehicle and must not be removed from it at all any time. Hirers are not permitted to supply their own drinks.

5.) The company or its representatives (e.g. Chauffeur) reserve the right to refuse to continue the journey if any persons behave in a manner which may be detrimental to other persons or to the vehicle and its contents. In this event no refund will be given.

6.) Any extra requests or alternatives to the booking (e.g. additional pick up points, change of venue causing extra mileage or time) not made at the time of the booking conformation cannot necessarily be entertained, although every effort will be made to meet the requirements of the hirer. Any such alterations in most cases involve extra charges being levied on the original quotation.

7.) Once a booking is made and confirmed and deposit paid, the price quoted to the hirer will not be subject to alterations unless there is any deviation from the booking (see condition 6)

8.) All parking and entrance fees are chargeable

9.) No responsibility can be accepted for any property or luggage carried in the vehicles.

10.) The Chauffeur will take the route specified by the company (which may be not be the shortest but will be the best suited for the vehicle) ;;

11.) No illegal substances may be taken into the vehicle.

12.) By signing and returning this form you have entered into a binding contract with the company.

13.) Due to insurance restrictions/licensing authorities our cars have been designated Non-Smoking any infringement of this policy will deem the rental invalid all monies will be forfeited and the rental terminated immediately.

14.) Extension to any booking will be agreed at the driver's discretion, any agreed extension will be charged at our normal hire rates.

15.) In the event of our driver having to brake suddenly, causing any member of the hire party spilling his/her drink onto a part of their clothing we will not be held responsible for any dry cleaning.

16.) We will not be held responsible for any incorrect information that you may have given us e.g. wrong address/street no. Etc.

17.) Any alteration to your hire must be given in writing to our booking office.

18.) We will not be liable for injuries sustained to any passengers either inside or outside the vehicle.

19.) 20.) Any damage, spillage, vomit etc will be cleaned by an outside valet company and charged to the customer who signed the Booking form

21.) Any breakage of glasses will be charged at £10 to the customer signing the booking form.
